RETURNS AND REFOUNDS

Zamberlan® stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your footwear.  Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a 2 years guarantee from the date of your purchase.
In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Zamberlan online shop, you can return your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased online can be returned only to Calzaturificio Zamberlan Srl (see address below) within 30 days of purchase
You must keep the original purchasing receipt or packing slip to complete your return
Items must be unused and unwashed
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations
 
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Contact our customer service at info@zamberlan.com or complete the contact form here by writing the email subject “Return request”.
  • Provide your complete name, the order number that you find in the purchasing receipt and why you wish to return the item(s).
  • Wait for the confirmation email of our customer service. Please include a copy of the confirmation email inside the box that you have to return and a copy of the purchasing receipt.
  • Pack properly the item(s) that you want to return and send them back to:

This procedure allows us to create a much smoother returns process for you and expedite the process.
 

COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

When will I get credit for my return?
Returns processing and credits will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).

Can I return items online that I bought in the store?
No. In-store purchases must be returned to the Zamberlan reseller where you bought it or you can contact your nearest Zamberlan reseller to ask if it can provide that kind of service even if you did a purchase by another store.
