Candidate Privacy Notice

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. provides this Privacy Notice to explain how the personal data submitted by candidates during the recruitment and selection process will be processed.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. collects, stores and processes the personal data contained in curricula vitae (CVs) and any supporting documentation submitted by candidates exclusively for the following purposes:

  • assessing applications received;
  • carrying out recruitment and personnel selection activities;
  • contacting candidates regarding current vacancies or future employment opportunities.
The legal basis for the processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The personal data processed include the information contained in the candidate's curriculum vitae and any supporting documents submitted, as well as any additional information voluntarily provided during the application process.Candidates are kindly requested not to include special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, unless strictly necessary for the purposes of their application.

4. METHODS OF PROCESSING

The personal data collected are processed by electronic and/or paper-based means, applying appropriate security measures designed to prevent data loss, unauthorized access or unlawful processing.The data are processed exclusively for the purposes set out in Section 1.The data may be processed by employees, collaborators or consultants authorized by Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l., solely for the purposes of recruitment and personnel selection.The personal data will not be disclosed to the public.Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment and selection process and, in any event, for no longer than 24 months from the date the application is received, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subject has the right to:
  • obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and receive a copy of such data;
  • request the rectification or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request the erasure of personal data where provided for by law;
  • request the restriction of processing;
  • object to the processing in the cases provided for by law;
  • receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where applicable.
