Warranty Service
Zamberlan provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover:

damage resulting from improper use (use other than the intended purpose of the footwear);

damage resulting from misuse (for example, drying the footwear near direct heat sources or improper storage);

damage resulting from inadequate care or maintenance (for example, failure to properly condition the leather);
-
normal wear and tear;
-
damage caused by chemicals or similar substances;
-
cosmetic damage such as scratches, discoloration, or other changes that do not affect the product's performance;

products that have been previously repaired by third parties;
-
products that have been used and are unsuitable due to size or fit;
-
accidental damage.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by warranty, please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us form or by emailing sales@zamberlan.com.
Please include:

a description of the issue;
-
photos of the product (front, side, and outsole);

the name of the retailer where the product was purchased;

a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.
Before shipping the product, please clean the footwear thoroughly and include a copy of the communication received from Customer Service inside the package.
For hygiene reasons and to allow for proper inspection or repair, footwear must be clean. We reserve the right to refuse products returned in unsuitable condition.
