Whistleblowing Reporting System
Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. has established an internal reporting channel through which whistleblowing reports may be submitted, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of reporting persons, other individuals involved, and the content of the reports.
Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. has adopted the Procedure for the Management of Reports of Wrongdoing and the Protection of Reporting Persons (Whistleblowing) (the "Procedure"), drafted in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which comprehensively revised the legal framework governing whistleblowing.

Who can submit a report?
Reports may be submitted by individuals both within and outside the organization, including employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, interns, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, and individuals performing management, administrative, or supervisory functions within the Company, such as members of the Board of Directors or the Sole Auditor.
What can be reported?
Reports should be as detailed as possible and must concern violations of law that affect the public interest or the integrity of the Company, such as acts of corruption or breaches of occupational health and safety or environmental regulations.
The following do not constitute whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be considered:
• Complaints, personal grievances, or requests relating to an individual's employment relationship (these should be addressed to the appropriate Human Resources department).
• Complaints concerning defects in the Company's products or services (these should be addressed to the relevant Company departments).
How can a report be submitted?
The internal reporting channel should be used as the primary reporting method.

Reports are managed by T2 Advisory S.r.l., headquartered at Via delle Grazie 3, Brescia, Italy.
External Reporting Channel and Public Disclosure
• External reporting channel managed by the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), available at: https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing. Reporting persons may use this channel only as a secondary option and exclusively in the specific circumstances described in the extended information notice.
• Public disclosure through the press or social media. Reporting persons may resort to this option only as a last resort and exclusively in the specific circumstances described in the extended information notice.
