Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, intact, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached to the footwear.
How to Request a Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start the return process:

Log in to your account using the email address used to place the order.

Open the order for which you wish to request a return.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for your request.

Submit your request.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
Our Customer Service team will review your request and notify you of the outcome by email. Please wait until your return request has been approved before shipping the product.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the return, including the return shipping address.
Returned products must be:

unused and in their original condition;
-
complete with the original, undamaged packaging;
-
with all original tags still attached.
We recommend including a copy of your order confirmation or return confirmation inside the parcel to help us identify your shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
If your request is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are free to choose the carrier they prefer for returning the product.
If you believe you have received a defective or non-conforming product, please contact our Customer Service team before shipping the product. If, following inspection by Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l., the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified that it complies with our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return using the same payment method used for the original purchase (excluding return shipping costs). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
The refund will include the price of the returned products and any standard shipping costs originally paid for delivery of the order, where applicable. Return shipping costs are excluded and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Products returned without their original tags, damaged, or otherwise not compliant with this policy will not be refunded.
Size or Colour Exchange
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or colour, you may request this during the return process without placing a new order. When submitting your return request, please specify the size and/or colour you would like to receive as a replacement.
Exchanges are available only for the same model and are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
Return Inspection
Where the return of a used product is permitted, for example to assess a claimed defect, the product must be properly cleaned before being returned. Otherwise, Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. reserves the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.
Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected to verify its condition.
If the return does not meet the conditions set out in this policy, for example if the product has been used, damaged, or returned without its original packaging or tags, no refund will be issued.
In such cases, the product may be returned to the customer upon request.
Problems with Your Order
If you have received a defective or non-conforming product, please contact our Customer Service team.
We will assist you with the return or replacement process.
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official Zamberlan online store. For products purchased from an authorised retailer, whether a physical store or an online store, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made directly.
