Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout the European Union via carefully selected carriers. Shipping is free on orders over €150.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, such as promotions, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 4 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, as confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, and not from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Italy: 1 to 2 business days (up to 3 business days for remote or hard-to-reach areas, including certain parts of Sardinia and Sicily)

  • European Union: 2 to 5 business days

Orders are shipped via selected carriers, including BRT and FedEx. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination country and delivery area.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and external factors, such as carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. Some destinations subject to specific customs or tax regulations may not be be available. Shipping availability is automatically verified during checkout.

Shipping is free on orders over €150.

For orders below €150, shipping fees are:

  • Shipping fees €5: Italy

  • Shipping fees €7: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain

  • Shipping fees €10: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia

  • Shipping fees €11: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden

  • Shipping fees €15: Cyprus, Malta

All shipping fees shown are final. No additional charges will apply.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the recipient's absence at the time of delivery, may result in delivery delays.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend accepting it with reservation and contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If possible, please include photographs of the damaged package.

Delivery Delays

Calzaturificio Zamberlan S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
