Construction Methods

GORE-TEX®

The unique GORE-TEX® Bootee construction is based on lamination between the upper and the GORE-TEX® membrane to take advantage of its waterproof and breathable features. Trustability of GTX® lining and the constructive system guarantee resistance, comfort and long time protection.

NORWEGIAN WELTED

A very traditional and extremely resistant construction method, which requires great skill and experience to be executed. It features two lines of stitching: the first fixes the upper to the midsole (which is specifically designed for this use), the second fixes the upper to the insole which will later be glued to the sole.

  13. Vibram® rubber outer-sole with structured tread pattern and multi-directional lugs.

Vibram® Mulaz Evo Dual Density PU Wedge Semi PCS

Built for demanding alpine performance, this outsole combines dual-density PU cushioning with a supportive structure for long-lasting comfort and control. The Zamberlan® TPU PCS heel insert allows compatibility with semi-automatic crampons, while aggressive lugs and a protective toe shape enhance traction and durability.

Vibram® Mulaz Evo PU Wedge TPU Heel Micro Insert

Designed for technical mountain use, this construction combines cushioning, stability, and durable grip. The PU wedge and heel insert absorb impact effectively, while the protective toe and multidirectional lug layout deliver secure traction and control on uneven terrain.

Vibram® Teton Zamberlan PCS 3 Density PU Wedge

A robust outsole engineered for mountain and hunting performance, combining cushioning, stability, and rugged traction. The multi-density PU structure helps absorb impact, while the Zamberlan® PCS heel insert and deep lug design enhance grip, durability, and braking control.

Zamberlan® Vibram® 3D

Designed for balanced comfort and control, this outsole features a cushioned PU midsole paired with a stable, durable tread pattern. Its rocker profile supports smoother transitions, while deep lugs and broad contact zones improve grip, traction, and underfoot confidence.

Zamberlan® Vibram® Darwin WL

Built for reliable support and long-distance comfort, this outsole combines cushioning and traction in a durable all-terrain design. Its lug pattern and self-cleaning grooves improve grip and stability, while the rocker shape and undercut heel support smoother movement and braking.

Zamberlan® Vibram® Nortrack

Engineered for rugged outdoor performance, this outsole combines cushioning, flexibility, and aggressive traction. Its sculpted lug geometry improves grip and braking, while the PU wedge and supportive structure enhance comfort and control over uneven terrain.
